Hey! I'm Carla, a pole and movement artist based in Barcelona. Since 2018, I've helped polers of all levels find their own voice and move beyond cookie-cutter routines. My work is about unlocking your creativity, because I believe it comes from staying curious, embracing the process (even when it gets awkward) and letting your body flow.

Practice Free Will
An all-levels workshop on breaking cookie-cutter aesthetics and finding your own voice on the pole. You'll learn to spot moments to add texture, fluidity and unexpected shapes to your routines, and leave ready to move in new ways whatever your level.
Pole & Dancing
A great pole dancer is, above all, a great dancer. Explore musicality, rhythmic changes and connection with your audience to make your routines more dynamic and engaging. Whether you compete or just want richer self-expression, you'll go from executing moves to truly dancing them.
Strange Shapes
Learn my signature pole shapes and how to adapt them to your own movement language. We'll explore shapes and transitions in both static and spin, plus the biomechanics behind them, so you can make them your own.
